What does Boer's technical service include? Selection and formulation-debugging support
Abstract
Boer's available technical support mainly includes model-selection advice, application troubleshooting, and cooperation on compliance materials such as test reports and SDS. Technical service does not replace the customer's own formulation and process validation; final performance follows sampling and batch inspection.
As a mineral-fibre supplier, Boer can support “choosing right and using steadily”: suggesting model direction based on the customer's product type and process; helping troubleshoot application issues such as dispersion, web formation and moulding; and providing asbestos, RoHS and SVHC reports plus the SDS on request. The final use effect is set jointly by formulation and process, so supplier advice does not replace the customer's own sampling and validation.
Three types of support: selection advice — recommend model direction by friction/sealing use, L/D and shot basis, using the BE-series parameters in the brochure (batch report governs); application troubleshooting — help locate dispersion, web-uniformity and moulding issues, drawing on the Ten-Year Paper Collection's technical articles on shot and wet-end systems; and compliance materials — provide or explain asbestos/RoHS/SVHC reports and the 2026 bilingual SDS. These technical documents reflect accumulation in raw materials, shot, surface modification and wet-end systems; they are references for technical discussion, not a guarantee of a specific customer's formulation outcome.
What to prepare for technical discussion: product type and target duty (e.g. high-temperature heavy-duty brake shoes or engineering-machinery plates, or rolled/sheet-rolled gaskets); your current formulation framework and main problems (poor dispersion, moulding strength, wear); existing test data or test-piece photos; and the compliance items you need (asbestos XRD, RoHS, SVHC reports or an English SDS). Technical accumulation comes from Wen Yi's 2016 Ten-Year Paper Collection (17 articles) and 2009 journal papers. To obtain support, state your technical need via 4006 0763 82, info@boerfibre.com or www.boerfibre.com; for export or compliance materials specify the required year's reports and bilingual SDS, with numbers and issuance per the originals.
