Ten editions of the Zhengzhou–Kaifeng Marathon, ten years of Boer
Abstract
The author completed his 43rd full marathon in a net time of 3 hours 43 minutes, returning to the Zhengzhou–Kaifeng Marathon for the tenth edition, which also marked Boer's tenth birthday: Boer was founded in 2006, the same year the Zhengkai Avenue opened and the Zhengzhou–Kaifeng Marathon was first run, linking two ancient capitals.
The article reviews the author's previous editions: first running the race in 2013 (7th edition, inside 3:30), the shaped 8 medal in 2014, and the windy 2015 edition; this year he chose the Zhengzhou–Kaifeng race again over two other marathons held the same day.
